Our Signature Process
STEP ONE
First we simplify the booking process with our convenient online booking system and simple service menu. New guests have 3 service options to choose from: Extension Consultation, New Guest Color Package or New Guest Haircut. Complete our New Client Form and book your first appointment! We believe that at every salon visit, your hair should be treated or trimmed (or both!) so we include the either a treatment or a haircut with every color session. This allows us to be able to give your hair whatever it may need to maintain optimal health at every visit.

Before you arrive you’ll be sent a guest experience questionnaire so that we can start preparing for your visit. We know that color and extension services can be long so we have a large array of amenities and snacks for you to enjoy so that you can truly relax during your time with us. If a sparkling water, iced coffee or a hot cup of tea sounds appealing to you, one of our team members would be more than happy to grab one for you!

At your visit, your stylist will begin your appointment with a thorough consultation where together you will discuss your likes, dislikes, lifestyle, and health of your hair. The two of you will create of plan of action to achieve both your short term and long term hair goals. Throughout your appointment your stylist will share styling tips and product recommendations in order to set you up for success when styling your hair at home.

Before you head out the door, we will go over any other at-home recommendations, as well as set up your future appointment in order to best accommodate your schedule and maintain your look. While in between appointments, we encourage you to follow us on Instagram where we like to hang out and share educational information, tutorials, updates and more!

OUR STORY
Bloom was created out of a desire to offer something different to the Green Bay/De Pere area for guests and stylists alike. We wanted to offer a luxurious salon experience that Northeast Wisconsin had not yet seen before while also providing a positive working environment where stylists could flourish.
We provide a luxury experience by focusing on you and having all of your needs met before, during and after your visit at Bloom Collab. We want our guests to feel so taken care of that you want for nothing when you sit in our chairs. Everything we do starts with you at top of mind and how we can provide our guests with incredible value so that you leave feeling like your best self. With that mindset, Bloom was born.

Of course! Many of our guests will work from the salon or just relax while listening to their favorite podcast with their headphones in. We just ask that you refrain from taking personal calls on speaker phone that could be distracting to the relaxation of our other guests.
